Abstract Work to determine the potential impact of a range of energy efficiency / income measures on the number of vulnerable households in fuel poverty to 2010, under a range of assumptions on energy price / household income projections. Analysis taking forward comparisons with the income data collected within EHCS (for fuel poverty purposes) and the Family Resources Survey (for wider DWP purposes) We are funding 50% (~£180k) of the costs of the contract, which is managed by DTI.
